Getting The Most From Your Facelift System

Our skin is similar to an onion. As you start peeling off the layers, you'll notice the thicker, pinker "new skin" layers. The outer dead layer is thin, has very little moisture and becomes dull and flaky as the old skin cells die off.  
    
 The first step in our 4 STEP FACE LIFT System is to prepare your skin to receive all the vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids in our formula without stripping it of its natural oils and bacteria. This is done by using the Organic Mineral Facial Cleanser.

Next, we gently remove the dead skin cells with the Enzyme Peel.  Unlike chemical based peels, Organic Enzyme Peel doesn't burn off the outer layer. Its natural citrus enzymes loosen the glue that holds those dead skin cells together: allowing them to be easily and safely removed with rinsing.
   
 After removing the dead cells, it's time to invigorate your skin with My Skin's Friend REAL Vitamin C Serum by applying it all over the face and neck. It can be used alone, under any moisturizer, or to enhance the effects of the Fast Firming Face Lift Cream.
   
The results you get  from the Fast Firming Face Lift Cream are fast, real and cumulative.    Follow these simple steps to have healthier and more youthful looking skin.

STEP 1: Start with the Organic Mineral Cleanser.  Wet your face first, pour a small amount in your hands and massage into your skin. The cleanser will Immediately begin to foam and turn white. This is normal and means it is working.  Next, rinse your face well with water and pat dry.

STEP 2: Organic Enzyme Peel. Spread a medium layer over your entire face and neck. It is safe to use around the eyes and mouth.  Leave it on for 3 to 5 minutes or until it gets "gummy". You'll feel tingling as it dissolves the glue binging the dead cells together. Simply with a dry cloth or paper towel, rinse and pat dry.

STEP 3: Vitamin C Serum.  Apply around the face, eyes, mouth and neck. Wait a few seconds for it to dry. Now you're ready to apply the Fast Firming FaceLift Cream. This product is very stimulating so in the beginning you will likely experience a little redness or flushing feeling in our face. This just means it is stimulating your skin and it is normal. This should diminish with continued use as your skin purges the built up toxins from years of chemical makeup, etc.
 
STEP 4: Fast Firming Face Lift Formula. Apply a thin layer over entire face and neck. It is safe for use around the lower eyes and mouth. Avoid or spot test sensitive eyelid areas. Gently massage and pat into the skin and allow 2 - 3 minutes for your skin to absorb the nutrients and the Flavinall. If the previous skin prep steps have been performed, you will notice that the Facelift cream is absorbed fairly quickly.

OPTIONAL STEP: If you want extra tightening you can apply another layer of Serum and a little more of the Fast Firming Face Lift Formula. The extra treatment is always recommended for problem areas. The Serum can be applied under makeup, sunscreen or moisturizers.

For extra tightening you can even apply extra on top of the moisturizers, Facelift and Eye cream. Apply makeup after it dries.

We recommend using the Fast Firming Face Lift Formula  and Vitamin C Serum AM and PM for best results. The Enzyme Peell  can be used one to four times per week.
