Why don't your products have the certified organic seal?
Several of our ingredients come from wildcrafters that harvest them in their natural setting in the wild. We feel the potency is far superior than plantation farmed organic herbs. You can’t certify wildcrafted herbs organic.
How long does it take to receive my products?
Orders usually ship within 24 hours from receipt and are usually delivered between 3 and 5 working days from the shipping date except for international orders. It can take up to two weeks after shipping for international orders to be received. Please be patient.
How does your money back guarantee work?
We make returns very simple. You send us the product within three months of purchase and we will gladly refund your money. Is my information safe and private?
Yes, we never see any of your credit card information when you order through our secure website and your name and address is only for us to use to ship and communicate with you on an as needed basis. We will never share any information about you with a third party.
Can I call and ask questions?
Absolutely. Our customer service is among the best in this industry. We enjoy staying in contact with our customers and helping our customers solve skin issues and get the most from our products.
