Shipping Policy

Unless out of stock, all orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Exceptions will be weekends and holidays. In that case, orders are normally shipped the first or second business day following the holiday.

Unless elected by the customer, orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail when being shipped from our Nashville facility. Some orders are shipped from one of our regional warehouses and may be shipped by UPS, USPS, SmartPost, FedEx or other carrier.
